What does North & Paper sell?

North & Paper creates downloadable guides, planners and spreadsheet tools designed to help you solve practical problems in a clear and organised way.

Are these physical products?

No. Our products are digital downloads. Nothing will be posted to you.

How will I receive my files?

After your payment is completed, you will receive access to download your files. A download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Can I use the files on my phone or tablet?

PDF guides can be opened on most phones, tablets and computers. Spreadsheet trackers work best in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or another compatible spreadsheet app.

Can I print the guides?

Yes. PDF files can be printed for personal use. Some pages may also be filled in digitally, depending on your PDF software.

Can I edit the spreadsheets?

Yes. Upload the spreadsheet to Google Drive or open it in Excel. We recommend creating your own copy before making changes.

Can I share the files with someone else?

Your purchase is for personal use only. You may use the files with your partner or household when working on the same plan, but you may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.

What should I do if I cannot access my files?

Contact us through the store’s contact page and include the email address used for your order. We will help you regain access.
